1. What Tweetcoin is

Tweetcoin is a software app. It reads public posts that mention @TweetcoinApp and automatically deploys tokens on Ethereum networks and the Solana blockchain through third-party protocols. Tweetcoin is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser or financial institution, and nothing on this site or in any post is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

2. No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tweetcoin, its contributors, operators and affiliates are not liable in any way for anything arising from or related to the app, the website, any token, any trade, any fee claim or any use of the service. This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, loss of profits, failed or delayed transactions, smart contract or protocol failures, bugs, outages, price movements, rug pulls, scams, impersonation, third-party actions, or errors in data, artwork or text generated by the app.

You use Tweetcoin entirely at your own risk. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind.

3. Tokens and trading

Tokens launched through Tweetcoin are experimental, highly volatile and may become worthless at any time. They carry no rights, promises, utility or expectation of profit. Anyone can tweet a launch; Tweetcoin does not endorse, vet or stand behind any token, name, image or idea. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

4. Fees and claims

Fee shares, buybacks, burns, creator fee claims and X Money payouts are discretionary features of the app. Amounts shown are estimates. Payouts may be delayed, changed, reduced, paused or discontinued at any time, and nothing on this site creates a right to receive any payment or token. Creator fees belong to the X account that posted the launch tweet. You are responsible for the Solana or Ethereum address or X handle you enter: payouts sent to it cannot be recovered, and choosing an X Money recipient for a coin is permanent. X Money transfers are sent manually and depend on X's own service and terms.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your posts, your wallet, your keys, the addresses you enter and complying with the laws that apply to you. Do not use Tweetcoin where it is unlawful, to infringe anyone's rights, to impersonate others or to harm anyone. We may refuse, block or ignore any post, account or launch for any reason.

6. Changes

We can change, suspend or stop any part of Tweetcoin, including these terms, fees and features, at any time and with immediate effect, without notice. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

7. Third parties

Tweetcoin relies on third parties including X, Robinhood Chain, Pons, Solana, Raydium, wallet providers, data providers and IPFS services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their services, availability or actions.
